Picked up some bits I wasn’t expecting to find at a bike shop today, sat in the cellar gathering dust:

RTS-1 main triangle with no dents or cracks, just needs a polish.

RTS chainstay section.

NOS GT STS and possibly LTS Seat and chainstay section with top and bottom pivots in place.

Pair of NOS Project Two forks with a very long 1” threadless steerer.

Nice to have some spares for my STS-1, got loads of bush kits and a spare Shock so just on the hunt for a front triangle and I can have another

Re:

That's not an rts-1, as it has ovalised top tube cap. Still a nice score. You going to build it up? I've got a spare seat stay and shock if you are looking, or if you are selling?.....

Only just spotted that when giving it a bit of a polish, seems odd that even back when this bike was newish someone would re sticker it. The bike shop owner I bought the lot from today stated he bought it with the other bits and some more direct from Caritti Sport around 20 years ago and it hasn’t left his cellar since

It won’t make a very good pushchair now will it?

No it certainly won’t, very chuffed with the STS parts though. Love that bike and would hate to have to retire mine ever so grab every spare I can.
