Bike shop in San Diego to pack and ship a bike to France

As I am looking for a bike which was not sold in europe,

I am contemplating buying in the States a bike on San Diego Craigslist

but I would need a bike shop which could take care of packing ( dismantling the bike and pack as little as possible) and shipping to France

I wonder if you would know a shop that would handle such task ?

for what sort of fee ?

and what would be approximately shipping cost to France in your experience :?: ?

I know its a long shot but you never know !

unless a SanDiego retrobiker would be kind to handle that - evidently for a fee
