ill start you off with that not being a shock pump

those are he arms of the v brake not the calipers

and yes to clean your chain what you want to do is use a brush to force the dirt doing nothing on the outside into the rollers :roll: with soapy water

I also appreciated the "tip" for using soapy water to clean your discs; a great way to stop them working! :roll:

Because of that video I now know which way up my bike goes and how to turn it back up the right way, should I ever find myself in the terrible situation that it is upside down!
