1) Good set of wheels ideally Mavic D521 on hope/XT hubs

2) crankset deore, deore XT middleburn or anything good and strong

3) xt rear would consider a 105 for a freeride bike and XT front mech

4) xt canti brakes

5) small length seat post ideally Syncros

6)good saddle

Pre HT (not sure if they're LX or XT) cranks with the spider replaced with an integrated bash ring device that can take a single CD ring or a granny/middle ATB sized. Can provide with a 24/38 setup. £30 posted.
