i blame out of control estate agents who hike prices cos the house had new wallpaper and over zealous property developers pushing first time buyers in to too much debt by having to pay over the odds for houses that simply were not worth it..even our bank maneger tried to get us a mortgage we couldnt afford.......tighter controls on this practise...nationlise the petrol companies who keep stiffing us because someone in iran sneezed.....ah stuff it ...come the revolution...
