thats really cheap.. find out who hes using! usps frame size box is like $82.
I had one get here last week inside 5days which is pretty quick for usps.

I shipped the stumpjumper 13" frame I had for sale on here to the uk from nyc for around $60.

With a 19" scant's quote sounds more accurate.
