Looking to build a 'decent riding' set of Judys onto a bolted crown. What are peoples opinions on the following

-White Bros cart with Judy spring or speed springs.
-Englund air cart
-Stock elastomers, early cartridge
-Ditch the lowers, butcher some SIDs

I've only if experience with Englund; I can recommend these.

You can get them new here: http://www.ekosport.com/ta_intro.shtml

I ordered a new set for my matching Judy in my Yo. The old Englunds were still good, but I chose to be safe with replacements now they are still available. I also ordered a lot spare stuff.

Servicing and mounting the cartridges proved to be pretty easy.

They feel good and work fine to my opinion, but I have to admit I only have experience with oldschool suspension, so who am I. Positive is that the kits come with 2 pairs of spings. This enables you the opt for 63mm or 72mm travel. I opted for 63mm. I think the stanchions will wear less quickly than.

Good luck deciding!

I've got a NOS white bros kit you can have for £15 ;)

I've already got a NOS white bros damper sat on my workbench...must stop hoarding Judy spares. What length travle is yours? Ever ride one? Any good?

never rode 1. tho I rode WBSC72UL forks for ages & they were nice & used much the same internals not as plush as fox. deffo more XC race orientated (read firmer). stantion/ bushing wear eventually, so I sold em onto some 2nd shop ;)

I didn't as it goes. Guess again :D

Why does it not surprise me that you had a job lot of these

Anybody ever used 'Speed Springs'. I've a blue Judy set which I believe to be medium. Did they come in different lengths? Any performace benefit over regular Judy steel springs?
