Deda or Profile. Durable, reasonably priced and works well. It is also reasonably reusable, unlike the otherwise lovely Cinelli tape.

(and does anyone use the fake cork £1.20ish for two rolls and end caps stuff from Hong Kong/China on ebay?)

I got some of that and it didn't have any grippy stuff or self-adhesive layer on the underside, so it kept coming undone. Buyer beware with really cheap stuff from China, because the descriptions can be a bit vague and it's not always clear what you're going to get.

I just bought 5 sets of this stuff, from Red Cycling Products. At €8 it's hard to beat.

Very comfy and doesn't look as bad on an older bike as most of the modern tapes do, IMO. I also like the fact that it isn't very stretchy, which means I can wrap from the stem, without needing finishing tape.

I have yet to mount it, so no pic, but I have the brown version on a few bikes. Here's what that looks like, just after wrapping:
