Kore Elite Stem
Would have been nice but for someone fecking around with the threads.
I guess the internal threads were stripped and the pictured bolt and nut was the solution....seems to work fine but ugly.
FOC to the UK before I hang it next to my Carrera frame and make a large Triangle out of the ensemble.

Are you sure you can't just cut a larger thread and use a bolt with a slimmed-down socket head. Hard to see how much material is there from the photos.
