Been left up crap creek, Illustrator help desperately needed

Are any of you a pro with Adobe illustrator? If you are would you be willing to sort my new team's 2011 design out at all please?

Can anyone help? The guy who was supposed to be doing it has emailed at the last minute to tell me he's too busy.
