I'm pretty sure they use metric 6001-2RS bearings. So these are 28mm outside, 12mm inside, 8mm thick with 2 rubber seals.
I can't swear 100% for the Comp model, but I've got some XC9000 hubs from that period with these and the Superbe Pro track hubs use them, too.
These are pretty standard bearings. Suntour were always sensible about these things. If you have a bearing shop nearby, they'll have them in stock, no trouble. Otherwise, cheap ones from eBay (if you're desperate) for £1 each, better SKF/NTN/FAG etc around £3-5, up to stupidly expensive 100% ceramic at $190 each :shock:
Not sure if you'll need 2 or 3, but I can do you 2x SKF ones £7 incl post if you prefer.
