Basic/Cheap Turbo Trainer

I'm after a basic (read cheap) turbo trainer, nothing fancy or adjustable needed as it's just for warming up not full training sessions.
Something in the Nottingham/Derby or north Nottinghamshire areas would be good so i can collect to save on postage costs.
Anybody got anything suitable ?
