Barracuda A2MS

Well it's sat in he garage long enough collecting dust... I bought this back in 1994 for my girlfriend at the time who later became my wife and then ex-wife... but I have no use for the lovely little Barracuda A2MS.

It's the 12" version (low stand over height) and pretty original as you can see from the picture, and in good condition, even the chain is original. It was hardly ridden.

The full spec can be seen at http://www.barracudabicycles.com/images ... g-1994.pdf
but the following are either missing or been changed, front tyre, rear der, there are no brakes or cables and at some point I started to remove the black from the cranks but never finished it. Don't ask were the brakes are as I've searched every box of parts that I have but I do still have the cable hanger for canti's

Don't want to post it but I am willing to meet somewhere in between, I live Chester area.

This would be a perfect bike for small partner or child, v-brakes could be fitted but I do still have the steerer cable hanger.

Looking for £130

Other pictures available.

Cheers,

Peter

I have one similar...A2MS should have come with the short-travel suspension front fork. Mine was "upgraded" to a Judy XC 50mm.

FYI...the "small" geometry Barracudas like this one can make a killer platform for a dirt jumper or pump track bike. Mine is getting dusted off for just that purpose...when I'm not in the groove with my 20"er.
