Sure was the spectre I had one and my sister now occasionally rides it. 501 reynolds the stuff of dreams!!!

that was handbuilt in the small town of brigg in north lincolnshire about 30 seconds walk from my house!

Takes me back to my old Claude Butler, think it was a Salamander somthing around 1992, bright yellow equiped with shimano gs200.

Got stolen and replaced with an GT outpost!

yep it is a spectre. the frame has a lot of quite heavy corrosion but a quick scrape test says its ripe for a respray! got to love reynolds 501! 20 years old and still looking ok...
