now this looks very familiar... its the same as the mystery frame i bought a way back on the bay. mystery solved.
nice frame but not the stiffest in the world. cant go wrong for 40 quid tho. hmm matching pair for me? must... resist...

my version has a canti boss, which I was going to have taken off...maybe I should just buy this!
any ideas on size? I reckon its a 19"

also noticed that my seat clamp looks neater, maybe they changed the orientation in later spec's

it has a little metal tube on by the clamp to route the brake cable through for cantis. you can just about see it on the 3rd pic i think. the front cable stop has 3 holes, but the rear only has 2, so if you run a front mech and v's you need to bodge it with a zip tie or something.
i think that 3rd pic makes it look bigger than it is. or poss the 1st one makes it look smaller
ive sent him a couple of q's about that weight he quotes, cos mine is a little heavier than that.

I used to have one of these. It was a lovely ride (and really began my love affair with steel) - sadly my mate crashed into me in Tunisia tearing my bottle cage off.

This set off some tiny cracks around the bosses which eventually resulted in a inch long crack appearing within the space of a week about a year later.

Moral of the story - never have a bottle cage stronger than your frame.
