Ball bearings in front QR hub?

Servicing an old qr front hub of no remarkable brand and the bearings look like they need replacing. There's 10 a side and they look around 3mm in diameter. Are these standard sizes or aught i to take the old down to LBS?

Re:

They are almost always 3/16". Campag Record (only Record) are 7/32", just to confuse people.

Grade 100 is good enough for most things, but grade 10 won't do any harm and is what you should use in Campag Record and other top-end hubs (these were allegedly supplied with grade 5 from new). The Weldtite ones are apparently only Grade 1000, which is pants. The grade number is the parts per million that they can be out-of-round.

correct Rog, I was only suggesting 1/8 from the 3mm size quoted but normally 3/16" is the one.
difference in price is only a few pence and the better grade make the cups last longer too!

Thanks guys. That 3mm estimate was off and seeing the 3/16" was most common i offered one up to the tape measure to confirm, though the frankly insulting proximity of that Campag sizing gave me pause. I did not know that about the grading either (It wasn't even in the How It's Made ep!) so thanks for the cool factoid .. have ordered some 100 grades now as it's a pretty nasty old hub. Just servicing it till i replace with something half decent.
