hi. done the rounds a bit this one!

i believed enid puceflange rescued it from a harsh commuter life, awkwardkid 's brother built it and didnt like it, i built it and dont have room for it!

16" centre to centre, 17.5 centre to top. purple one piece fred salmon racing bar/stem combo. purple cantis (karma gift for this project). sugino cranks, turbomatic ti saddle(not in pic), kona grips, ghetto singlespeed conversion using a ghost gear for tension (yes it really does work!)

bad bits...

first off the rear suspension doesnt move and i have not had time to invenstiate but enid knows whats up with it and i'm sure he;ll he happy to explain if you pm him.

second the mech hanger is stripped. betd do a kit to rescue it if you want to run gears so its not the end of the world.

third, no brake cables!

fourth, needs a headset top cap

seat post isnt seized! bottom bracket is a ok. not tried to remove it though.

pics...

Everyone needs another bike!

I discovered the ghost gear on this very forum last week. Basically you use a chainring between the top and bottom run of chain to provide tension. The chain tension keeps the ring in place. The best bit is that as you pedal it rotates. Looks awesome.

Pics were in low light on my mobile. I'll do some propper ones tomorrow.

whats the front forks like ? they seized too ?

would you be intrested in a swap ? needing anything ? :D

fork is working as it should. elastomers are all good. dont really need anything, unless you have a khs montana team or a 32 hole coaster brake rear hub kicking about?

would a 36h 7speed nexus hub with coaster brake do ? i don't think there is a 32h coaster hub ?

i was gona use this hub but i swaped some bits for a set of drum brake hubs 8) so won't be using it anymore :D

Sadly not- the rim i want to use is 32. Sturmey archer do one for 75 quid, so i guess i've just dropped the price!
