Avid levers CAN be alone ?

I'd prefer to keep all the Avid stuff together for now.
I do have other V brake levers... like two sets of Deore and some XTs I think

I would possibly be up for the brakes without levers if it helps xxejen out? I already have a half decent set of avid levers but duff brakes..these would be a nice upgrade
