ATT 23 Steel????

Just bought a bike made from this and wondering what it is, Google turns up nothing, Was it high-end, low-end, stuff shopping trolleys are made from?

ATT23 is Raleigh All Terrain Tubing which in turn is heavey High Tensile steel tubing which by default is not nice

Positive point is a bike built of it is very tough which can take serious abuse which is useful as these bikes were designed for the budget minded British youth who were and are not famous for looking after their bikes
