Next week i am attending an assessment day for a new job i have applied for within my company,i have been told that one of the stages is a 3min speech on any subject you wish i am going to pick cycling just looking for some bullet points any help would be great.

So you assume it's a he, that's where you start to go wrong.

Im not interviewing, im allowed to have biased views on gender as do most unless profession dictates its strictly prohibited.

The presentation will always be better if you're enthusiastic over the topic and know what you're talking about. Possibly link it to the skills needed in the job.
