self sealant inner tubes, so a bought 4, dunno how good they will be, but £4 each, cant complain, also bought a chain for £4 as well.

I've had a few chains from asda and no trouble so far. I did about 2,000 miles commuting on the last one, although at £4 each I should have changed it 1,000 miles sooner and saved wearing out the cassette too.
