probably somewhere untraceabale so it wouldnt make much difference. probably a free web account type thing...

the best thing to do is go along with it, i think i got the idea from here, the419 scam or something?
scam them basically, anytime they waste on you is time they couldve been scamming send some fake details, say you just won the lottery then string them along... (or something similar)
