I've owned this bike from new in '93 and have loved/cherished it as much as I can but increasingly I just don't feel the love for it anymore. It sits in the garage with slick tyres and mudguards, used as a commuter for rainy days.
Its built with a mishmash of parts from my spares bin, and it currently has no operational back brake as I'm in the process of fitting some HS33s that have some parts missing.
Spec is (from memory) as follows
Ball burnished frame, XT thumbies (helicoiled), DX front mech, 105 rear mech, DX chainset, DX headset, Red Magura HS33s (need new pads and an evo bracket for the rear), Profile stem and bars, Ritchey (Nitto) seatpost, Flite saddle, DX front hub with Mavic rim, Deore (modern) rear hub with Mavic rim, forks are the original GT rigids, hope seatpost clamp, grab on hex grips.
It won't come with pedals or the mudguards. I will change the slick tyres over to something more mud friendly.
I can't do pics at the moment because my brother-in-law borrowed my camera - and lost it, but I'll do what I can with the camera on my phone if you PM me your interest.
