Anyone shipped a bike to New Zealand?

Interested in finding out a ball park figure from the UK/EU and the US.
Obviously it will be ball park, you all have a greater access to stuff than what comes up on auction sites over here.

Hey mate,
To give you an idea, i used YouShop (NZPost) to send my Axis TT frame from UK to NZ - cost me $215NZD using their service - but as you rightly point out -the simply arent around in NZ so for me it was worth it.
That parcel was just the frame in a frame box - so not heavy and not the size a whole bike.

I've also had a 30KG parcel (a full set of car disk brakes) sent direct from the UK, that was $100GBP in shipping, it wasnt a large parcel but was very heavy... i didnt use Youshop for this, the company i bought them from sent them direct to me.
