anyone recognise this frame make?

Racer bought at Auction stronglight depose crank,mavic wheels.frame has a marvane? decal on seat tube.don Farrell type detail near top of seat post.any ideas?

The lugs look like Crespera (carlton) and the seat cluster wraparound is Raleigh / Carlton/ Falcon.

Is there a number on it? Might be behind the seat on the seat tube.
