Pre Tom Board at Condor I would say with the nutted brakes which makes it even more valuable as that would take it back to the Harry Rensch period. I've seen rough worn out examples sell for the same money, that's if you can even find one.

Not my cup of tea, and I can't help but think it is a perfect example where quirky sadly
crosses the border to become pointless.
