Any WW2 history fans?? Tonight at 9pm!!

On the 14th September and as part of the 70th aniversary commemorations of the Battle of Britain, BBC2 are showing a screen adaptation of Geffrey Wellum - First Light.
This is one of the finest accounts of a front line Battle of Britain fighter pilot I've ever read (and I've read a few!!).
To say I'm excited is an understatement. I thought I was going to be sick straight after seeing the trailer!!
As a strange twist, I'm almost finished reading it for what must be at least the tenth time at the moment.
If this era of history is your bag then make sure you watch this. If you really want to enjoy it then read the book first

Ooooo...............I shall try and watch it, or catch it on iPlayer.
It rings a bell about his book- I'm sure he was on a few of the documentaries on Yesterday, or World at War when BBC2 showed it recently
