Hmmm..

groove tube and 'competition series' decals point to a higher end steel model and it looks like it has a replaceable dropout..If paint is original then going by the parts (and mag 30 fork) I'm guessing a '92 Richter 8.0

Correction,1991 Karakorum Elite.The catalog shows same color,cranks,and silver color ubrake.The 1992 shows Richter 8.0 made of aluminum .

Nope, I'm sticking to my guns..'92 richter 8.0 was def steel - True Temper GTX , the same as the Bravado I owned from the same year
