Tis the first incarnation - we'll see what gels over the coming month and what get's the boot. I toyed with thumbshifters initially, as I don't rate the reliability of M900 combo shifters - and those old stock Waveys had been lying around the cellar for several years too many...

Looks good from here, grey tires if you are keeping the other grey touches imho.
