Says it's an old Kuwahara but decals look like Koga Miyata - or are they the same thing?

£28 with one day to go, collection only from Market Harborough

It is a Koga. Late 70s entry level model. Looks a bit beat up. I am not impressed, honestly. Few examples what you should look out for:

Koga Miyata and Kuwahara have nothing to do with eachother, except for that Miyata and Kuwahara are both from Japan.
