AMP frameset

I can vouch for that frame….I bought it direct from AMP!

It came to me new from Laguna Beach in, I think 1995. I built it and coveted it, it did a few hundred miles on the South Downs and then lived in the workshop as a garage queen. Very low mileage when I sold it to a nice guy in Lewes who did a great build on it. Very unusual roller bearing headset. I sold it with both soft and med springs for F+R. All axles and bushings factory tight when I sold it, and I doubt it‘s done many miles since I sold it, but you would need to check with vendor. Both dampers excellent, again a check with vendor. Ringle-looking bottlecage is a nice addition. The top tube has a lovely Jo Burt sticker: ‘ride slow for fear of riding past dreams…‘ which for me at the time, recently widowed, was a nice sentiment.

This is one original rig. A Very Nice Thing with complete provenance.
