If my German is as good as I think it is : 55cm from center of BB to top of seat tube. That's 21.65".
I'm 5ft8 and 31.5" from the soles of my feet to my groin, so it would look really bad with the seat at my correct height. My Copperhead (link in my sig) is a 47cm (18.5"), and that looks about right for me.

Too big for me then, I ride a 19" and thats just right for me. Probably a good jog tho
