Sorry! The funny thing was as I live quite close to Wolverhampton (I must have sinned in a past life), I went to look at it the night before. As no one had bid on it at that point, I asked him if he would offer a BIN. I offered £40 but he was thinking the auction would go over £100. Saved a fiver.
