Sorry, looks to be a 30.0 (ish - don't have verniers so ruler measured) I'm afraid.

Thanks for checking - 31.9mm ones are the hardest to get hold of and they don't hang around long when they are put up for sale.

Would think the one you have is for a steel frame whereas the 31.8mm ones are for Ti frames.

Will therefore pass and would think it won't be long before it finds a new home.
