Interesting for its method of propulsion. Seller doesn’t mention that this frame needs some very specific parts but has clearly split it as the “cranks” are in another lot - a bit mean given one doesn’t work without the other.

That is a weird one to split.

It looks like a treadle arrangement there’s an article on Sheldon Brown. Does seem very odd to split it!
