Fantastic calm day yesterday so thought I'd go out on the Norman Fay tourer just to see how far I was in the mood to get.

The Norman is a Miche hubbed 6spd with a worn Suntour freewheel and Suntour Superb mechs, 28 inch Mavic rims, Campagnolo headset/ shifters. Topped off with a Brooks Professional and new Michelin World Tour tires (what else?). Reynolds 531 DB throughout

Was great ride, fast on the new sections of road out near Over/ Longstanton with a group of frownie roadies doing a double take as I go by...

BTW - I took the bike down the Ouse Vally Way which is some lovely singletrack following the Gt. Ouse to Kings Lynn:

Oh for a bimble of my own. :( Backs still shot.

Looks like great weather? It's not stopped raining in West cornwall for a week!! Even had three deaths in flash floods just five miles away.

Think I recognise one or two of those locations :D

Certainly a nice day for it and hoping to do something similar myself on Saturday
