hello new to site can anyone tell me how old this cycie is please or direct me to a site that can cycle is a raleigh medale frame number starts with ND9140 rest is worn hope to restore to it's best over the winter few parts missing thanks for your help al :? :xmas-big-grin:

It'll be '79 or '89, you should be able to find date stamps on some of the components to pin it down to one or the other.

Built in Nottingham, March and I would say 1989, The rest of the numbers are the 140??th bike built in that month.

And probably sold originally to someone around 5'3" tall.

I don't think Raleigh knew how to make small frames in those days. Perhaps they were on a bonus from Reynolds.
