I got Klein Attitude model 2001
and need to Change from V brake to Disc

I'm looking for ADAPTER FOR DISC BRAKE on rear
How can I find it?

Really, Google is your friend.

22mm Hayes mount to 51mm Int'l Std. mount.

There' one listed here:

It looks a bit funky, but apparently it clears the chainstay OK.
Unlike the adapter made by AtoZ.

There's also a seller on eBay ALL the time with these adapters. I believe he asks $40 for one of them.
