Havn't got the measurement to hand but you can see from the picture there isn't a huge slope to the top-tube..the frame is too big for 5'4" I would say, sorry

If you are looking for a nice frame you might be interested in my Cotic Soul. I'm putting it back up for sale as I have ordered a Cotic Hemlock frame. Sadly the last thing I need is another Ti frame so not angling for a px but when you sell I'm all ears.
