Having read Hydorah's comprehensive rebuild of his British Eagle, I decided to tackle the manky wheels on my Trek.
I would never have done this if I hadn't read his thread first and if you haven't read it I can thoroughly recomend it.

I'm half way through now...hubs polished, rims clean as a whistle and sink completely unblocked (you will know what I mean if you have read his thread)
I'm just waiting for my shiny new spokes to come before I can finish off. I'll post some pics later.
