A No Name and a Minerva...

Hello,

I bought two bikes about two weeks ago, one being (which seemingly looked to be) a no name and a Minerva Star Lite with almost a complete XTR-M900 group on it.
The no name had a mix of XTR and DX with some cheap Gripshifts and to my surprise it appeared to be a 1991 Rocky Mountain Stratos. So yippee ki yay!

And then there is this Minerva Star Lite:
I know it’s a Belgian brand, but there is nothing I can find about this specific frame. No catalogues, pictures and so on!
It looks pretty decent, aluminum frame, 1 1/4 headset and, has an e-stay and was full with XTR with exception of the headset, canti’s and seat post. The canti’s where replaced by v-brakes. So pretty top range for a Minerva MTB.
My question to you folks: is there anyone who can shed some light on this particular Minerva?.. Was the frame for example build by Minerva? Thanks in advance! ;)

Regards,
Mike

And some pictures of the Minerva frame set..

Re:

Other than the monostay seat stay and where the top tube meets the seat tube, that Minerva looks a lot like a British Eagle Boss.
