I have a challenge for the forum: I got this as part of a job lot I bought on eBay last year and I've finally got round to looking at it. It's an odd frame as it has a wavy top tube, I've not seen anything quite like it before. It seems to be aluminium but I could not tell you what grade.
It's got quite distinctive octagonal extrusion tubes. Ignore the forks, I was just trying them for size/fit
