What's your local bike shop?

Its in my shed

I pop into Stan Jones once in a while but to be honest, the latest bikes and kit aren't really my scene. I'm more of a collector and restorer of bikes from the 60s/70s/80s.

Or even 50s :)

Same here- Stan's has some brilliant staff and the workshop guys don't force new parts down your throat. I've got a workshop in my garage, but as I'm at uni I have only been able to take my wheel building kit with me.

Cracking bike you have! Makes my Lenton look like a tramp!

Hi folks, here's some pictures taken from a weekend away, where the missus got to ride her newly finished bike. The SA hub worked a dream and gear changes seemed slick. The basket is one cobbled together from a metal basket holder so is a bit weird looking. I'll get the mudguards later, but she'll never ride it in the rain so it will just be for the look of it!

Hope you like it!
