97 cindercone frame 20" swap for smaller steel (kona?)
I have a 20" 1997 double butted Kona Cindercone frame that I no longer ride, and want to build up a towpath cruiser for me 'ol dad.
Ideally looking for a swap on something lower spec ie Hahanna/ Fire mountain possibly with some parts on or even a full(ish) bike with a little cash your way??
What's out there?
PS doesn't necessarily need to be a Kona, like I said it's only going to be a weekend cruiser.
