i work on the basis i can ride anysize of bike, it just depends on how much i want it. Im sure i could make my self fit onto a 15" pace!

anyway its only 1 inch smaller than your 97 cindercone. its got a long seatpost

Indeed but I already look a dick on it now, so an even smaller one will result in multiple RTA's on the streets of London
