The Ink blue frame that has a "BLEM" marking should be of no concern. There were some frames that went through the anodizing process that came out dark near the welds, usually the bottom bracket welds. If interested in the purple one you may want to ask the buyer for a shot of the drive side chain stay. The seller seems to have omitted that picture.
