Im still have no idea, the cheap option it's to raid the parts bin make it single speed, gather some cheap components (superstar stuff, and what's on offer at chain reaction) so with a big modern twist, or start trying to find some period specific stuff and build it that way?

I just don't know what to do and details on what these came with when built are quiet vague

Opinions please, just want to ride it, been waiting for a lobster for sometime

New bottom bracket (took a guess on length)

Steerer Shims

Just need to choose bars, stem, and few other little bits

I just love Rock lobster Not that it was anything top end or anything but it was one of the few advertised in the mags that i could afford.

Looking forward to seeing this completed

This is my 2000(ish) 853 Lobster.
