Yes it did, looks like the Dog Collar is missing though.

I contacted the seller, and it's certainly a 92 Explosif, I'm pretty sure it's a size 18 as they measured them back then and he says that the cut-down cable stops still hold a cable.

No, that is a dog collar, but it's just in the wrong place and the wrong way round and it's the later type, not the black one that was originally on this frame.

Might have to rescue this & give it the full resto (including new cable stops) if price doesn't go silly.
