90's stem that looks like..

I'm looking for a 90's stem that can accommodate a Surly corner bar for my Koga CBL ATB. (1" 22.2mm to 25.4mm clamp)
I have a Nitto stem that is perfect for me but there is no way I can get the Corner bar through there as it needs a clamp like the Sakae MTS 120 or similar.

What bars are out there as I can't find any that looks like what I want/can use.

No 90s stem but Kalloy make one. I have it and it doesn't look that bad.

Thanks mate, but it needs to be sorta period correct.
Also think it might be too short. Thanks though.
Might come back to that, who knows.

Was thinking of reaming the Sakae to 24.5, but I can't do it.
