Internally adjustable between 63mm,80mm and 100mm, currently set at 80mm

£30 plus postage at actual cost probably about a tenner via Parcel Force

Just stripped down my wife's M2 Stumpjumper this very morning (she is getting on a bit now and bought a "comfort" bike )

Got a few other bits too which will be appearing here shortly
